We do not intentionally collect or request sensitive (“special category”) data. Where such data is voluntarily provided or incidentally included (for example within a CV), it will only be processed where lawful and necessary and handled with appropriate safeguards.
We do not knowingly collect or process personal data relating to individuals under the age of 18. If such data is provided unintentionally, it will be deleted securely.

4. Why we process your data (Legal basis)
We process your data under the following lawful bases:

We will always confirm with you before sharing your CV with any client.
6. Who we share data with
We share candidate information with:
Clients and hiring managers who are considering you for a role
Tools we use to provide recruitment services (e.g. RecruitCRM, Microsoft 365)
We will only introduce your details to a client with your prior consent
We do not sell or share data with any third parties for marketing.
All providers we use comply with GDPR or equivalent data protection frameworks. All third-party service providers who process data on our behalf do so under a written data processing agreement and must comply with UK GDPR or equivalent standards.
7. International transfers
As we work with clients in France, the United States, and the United Kingdom, data may be transferred outside the EU/UK.
Where this happens, we ensure appropriate safeguards exist, such as:

8. Data security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including encryption, secure cloud systems, access controls, and security monitoring. While no system is completely secure, we take all reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse, or unauthorised access.
9. Data retention
We retain candidate data for 24 months from your last interaction with us.
You may request deletion at any time — we will action this within 30 days unless required to retain data for legal or contractual reasons.
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. All recruitment decisions involve human review.
